Lisle 37160 Disconnect Pliers

Does anyone have any feedback on these pliers before I buy them? Are there any better alternatives that don't cost a fortune?...or I guess I'd like to hear about them if they are worth the high price.

Edit: To add some context, I was trying to take off a fuel injector connector, and I had a hell of a time! It's just so hard to get good leverage in tight spaces. I hurt my fingers lol

They work pretty good. They are helpful because you don’t have to hurt your hands or screwdriver trying to disconnect something.

Never seen those before, but Im getting a pair now!

Those look great for EVAP and certain fuel lines

I use them for DEF lines, so much nicer than fighting with a screwdriver.

I have a junky set of old long needlenose pliers that I use for similar work. This looks much better. I don't think you will regret buying the lisle ones. I may grab a set too.

Ok, no negatives yet, so that's the only push I needed...I ordered them!

I have a pair of the older Japanese ones (paid like 3x what the current Lisle's are) that I got when they were the only game in town... the "noses" are thinner (to access the really tight release tabs) but tough as hell (and textured)... Best $60 I ever, ever spent...

Until you've experienced this type of nirvana, you'll never know...

I have the Lisle and also the Merry HS175C. The Lisle is nice as it has right angle jaws and fits placed the Merry won't.
