Broke my Lisle Torx T-15 1/4” drive bit last week. I believe it was the first time I’ve used it. It sheared off with hardly any pressure on it. Emailed Lisle on Sunday. Received a new one in the mail on Thursday. Response was excellent.

I'll second that, I had an issue with the F150 Spark plug removal tool years ago. Stripped the thread on the jack screw, they sent a replacement out in 2 or 3 days from when I called (later evening). Color me impressed.

I thought Lisle was one of the brands recently discontinued...

As much as they contract with tool companies to rebrand their products I’d be surprised if they’re not doing quite well for themselves. Lang brought all their sub brands into one brand recently.
