Prices seem fair.

Seven Corners Ace Hardware out of Minnesota. I have done a ton of business with them over the years. Not much for a website, but they do have a mail catalog and great prices.

For mechanics hand tools, I've ordered from www.thetoolwarehouse.net when I couldn't find what I needed in Craftsman. Similar in price is www.toolparadise.com, but they charge tax plus S&H where I live, so it's cheaper for me to order from toolwarehouse.net.
