If you dont mind once I get my garage I might copy your setup, it is just perfect.

Still LOOKING for -40 (Drawer Height) front to Rear Partitions............
Here's a mobile DW/SC with an end wall cabinet (for manuals, cleaners & chemical storage). I think these were around a 1000 lbs each. I did a job for a Porsche dealership and provided one of these workstations for each of the shop mechanics.

I always recommend get the empty cabinet first and then order accessories. Dividers and such are only a 2-3 day lead time. Get a feel for your space in the cabinet and then fill it up.
Here's a shot of the combination cabinet when it debuted at the NADA show.
And finally, does Lista have a student purchase program ala SO, Matco, etc.? Thanks in advance.
I recently purchased a 15 drawer 30 by 30 by 60 Lista and am trying to figure out how to make this unit at least semi-mobile.
As heavy as it is already is and it will only get heavier, it would be nice to be able to move it around (carefully, for sure) from time to time. Not often but occasionally.
I am thinking of putting some heavy duty locking, swiveling casters on the bottom but that adds about 7 inches of unwanted height.
Somewhere I read about using a smallish pallet jack to move these beasts.
Any thoughts on this matter? Any solutions out there?
thanks,

Get a Lista mobile base kit, plus the handles, like mine. Get the smaller casters (like mine) to avoid extra unwanted height:

I don't recommend adding 6" of mobile base (assuming you go with the smaller 4" HD casters) under a tall cabinet (1350) with such a small footprint (28x28). Any big load shift or rut in the floor could cause the unit to topple. At most, I'd use a pallet jack base (3 1/2" off additional height) and IDL's (drawer latches) on all of the drawers.
Without the IDL's, you can have multiple drawers coming out at one time when moving the housing (big load shift). Grab 2 of more drawers and pull them out at the same time and you can easily defeat the lock-bar safety feature. SD
My dimensions are roughly 29 by 29 by 60. Tall with smallish footprint. My base is not flush. It has bolted on rails on each side made of square tubing (2&1/2 by 3&1/2") that run from front to back with slots and notches and holes drilled in it that suggest that they were designed to accept something.
I wonder what it was designed for? A pallet jack of some sort?

If anyone is interested in the latest news from Lista, please visit my site at www.RoarkGarage.com. I am unable to share this info in a thread for some reason.....
In brief, Lista has introduced triple bank combination cabinets and greatly expanded their configurations, so that all drawer widths are now available in both depths of 22.5" and 28.5".
Please contact me for any questions or requirements.

I have three Lista cabinets and placed an order for two more on Friday. I used this web site to figure out what I wanted, but ordered mine from Griots Garage. Lista cabinets
A couple of times a year they have a 15% off sale and that makes them less expensive that others I looked at. Here is what I currently have,![]()
the large center cabinet has 9 drawers as does the one on the far right, the other has 6 drawers. All are the 28 1/2 deep units which gives a net drawer depth of 24". They are the 39 3/8 height, I used no base under them, they rest on the Race Deck flooring. This is what I ordered the other day,![]()
Roark-
What are the dimensions and part number of that cabinet?

Say Roark - I bet you can help me. I am about to outfit my garage with a box, and am leaning toward Lista SC.
What is tallest mobile cabinet I can get?
I want mostly 2" drawers, with some 3" drawers.
What do you think?
