The merge is old but the new news of introducing new lines sounds like they may make lesser models to appeal to a wider market.

As of November 2013, the military inventory database (FEDLOG) of unit available-for-purchase stock listed both Stanley/VIDMAR & Lista cabinets as separate Line Item Numbers with separate CAGE codes.
Whether or not Stanley has condensed all the manufacturer facilities into one entity or not, I'm not sure...
But I do know we ordered 40 various cabinet configurations, and we got Lista's with the Lista NSNs and VIDMARS with the Stanley NSNs.
Most beautiful thing I'd ever seen while in the service, 2 HEMMT A4's fully loaded with brand spanking new Lista cabinets pulling up to our hangar!
