Searching for your answer and reading others situations will yield the best results according to the shape / condition of your floor.

Easy answer:

Fill cracks with appropriate crack filler, and coat with epoxy to conceal repairs.

Ill take some pictures of my floor but I had some cracks that were close to 1" wide and all the way through the slab. I spent hours cleaning them out. then filled the cracks with a little spray foam (contractor grade version of great stuff) then used SikaFlex 2CNS and filled them. So far after 2 winters its still holding up great. We use this on bridge joints at work and it holds up great. Says it expands like 50% of the width without tearing so the joint can continue to move but the crack won't reopen.
