Welcome to the Garage Journal!

Your understanding and command of the english language is far superior to probably better than 95% on this board who attempt to communicate in Italian.

For me, it is the cars of your home land that keep me awake at night thinking of the sensuous curves of the body panels, and the lovely sound of the exhaust. This is all followed closely by the food and wine of your country that is so cherished by many and these names are the only "Italian" words of which are used fluently around my home and garage.

Anytime you wish to help us out with your native language, please do not hesitate!

Looking forward to following your progress on all that you choose to share with us.

All the best to you,

Ody.

I like your scooter.

Dont worry about the full and messy garage. Most people who do things in their garages have messy garages when they are doing stuff in them.

Hi Gabriele,

You live in a great part of Italy, although I am yet to find a bit that I do not like. Great bike, great cars - do show more of the Lancia as it is one of favourites.

Good day guys. as you can see I'm not a master of the order. .... The blue table was devoid of drawers. I have built the new plan in a more robust and the underlying wooden structure in order to create the drawers. unfortunately I did not really want to finish it. to his right is an old dresser with granite countertop, sink, bicycles and then hung all shelves. I hope to find some time to change the current provision to be able to let in the a4.

Hello guys. yesterday with a friend of mine went to the mouth giovo, the Driveway dell'appennino highest, 1,680 meters high. come a little difficult for our small wasps, the road was built a couple of centuries ago by the Duke of Modena and the Duchess of Lucca. Today the road is passable only by off-road car and motorcycle high and robust, the path is to ban ...

Gabby: i do like all your pictures of Italy so keep posting up more as you can and have time if you want to.

one suggestion i see that might help you get your Audi inside your garage is to make a loft to put some of your lighter less used items up on it. basically shelving suspended off of your ceiling. also your bikes back in the corner can hang from the ceiling in several ways and they actually make one that raises and lowers the bike with a pulley i think. then with that corner freed up you can move the shelving on the right side of the garage to the back corner and have room for one of your motorcycles on the side if not both of them.

i like your pictures above your bench, but i'd have shelving there or a peg board for tools.

just throwing out a few ideas and hope you don't mind. there are many threads with pictures of what i just mentioned so if you do a little reading you'll find them. or ask questions if you have any and maybe we can help and include the links to the threads that have the pictures and answers.

good luck

Thanks for the suggestions and compliments. I just new photos of my lands the post so that everyone can see them. Italy is full of beautiful places, many unknown to the masses, and unfortunately we know them better manage. There are so many things to see that we could (we like the Italian people) live on tourism alone ... with regard to the fact that some things hang from the ceiling or shelf systems I thought about it, and I have seen that you are quite used . From me unfortunately he is not very practical because the ceiling is high only 2:40 mt. For building code here garages should not exceed 2:50 mt otherwise you pay the fee of construction as a living area, which also is established as a percentage on the plot of land. condominiums often exhaust the living area. My first idea was to do a little cleaning and free up some floor. ..then with clearer ideas I see how. I thought just to move the shelf down on the free side on the work table and the right side of the one already in the shelves of the same move against the wall ..

Yesterday I did a bit of order and cleanliness very quickly. the shelf on the right side is moved by miro to make room for pipes and other odds and ends. I want to eliminate them and to approach it to the wall to gain about 30 cm in width votes for the machine. the shelf at the bottom instead would put the left over the sink and desk with a small change in my mind.9384036f7843baf9f636d3fcc8e8c5b7.jpgd0e32c09d0a46f407892289d11ce0e63.jpg855068d4daf694926ac8b12f25d436ea.jpg
