little help needed with snap on and craftsman stuff

bought this craftsman toolbox but some body painted over the badge. does anyone remake this or does anyone on here have a couple they don't need? I've got one of the smaller ones but I'd like to keep the same size.

The next thing I got may not be worth keeping (its pretty rough) but I know how you snap on guys are. and it looks REALLY old, I would hate for something like this to get trashed if someone would want it. once I get some info on it I will get rid of it. any info, or pics of a nice one?

I believe it is a spark plug tesster or timing light or both? it has a paper label but I can't see a number. it has a light looking thing on one end and on the other end it has a wire with a clip for a spark plug. Looks like it is suppose to have 2 more wire but they are gone.

Looks like the first timing light I owned 30 plus years ago. Think it only had one wire to hook up to the spark plug via a spring. The light was powered from the spark so it was not bright. These days you hook up a timing light to the battery.

thats what I thought about the so at first but it has three holes in the bottom and only one wire coming out.
