Well, I think i found the place to get a name for my no name sockets, found in the proverbial little red tool box. I bought the box a year ago for the 1/2 drive ratchet, will seems to be an Indestro 3203 R. Sockets are stamped for size and nothing else. They are all 1/2 drive 6 point except for 3 that are for square nuts (?), and a square drive and a slotted socket. I just bought the set because I like the old stuff. I believe that sentiment is understood here.
So, I found this place on the Internet, I believe from Lookingfor64Galaxie's toolbox painting thread. And today, the red tool box caught my eye, and I figured, if these guys cant tell me, I will never know.
So check these out, maybe Indestro sockets ?
Also I found I had 2 more of this type of ratchet.
Thanks for any and all replies. I find checking in here during the day from time to time helps keep me sane, between resetting the 539th password for the day ! Great Forum !
Dang, I forgot to mention the other sockets, seen on top of the box. From the left is a Bonney 12 point A26 5/8 (Rough), C-man 7/8, Sparta 9/16 (USA), different no name 9/32 stamped 1219, and 2 S-K's: 3/4 40124 and a deep well 9/16 46318 (impact ?)
