I broke a piece on my loadhandler yesterday being an idiot. They offer replacement parts on their website and very reasonably.
I noticed something odd when I was there as well. If you add up the cost of all the parts to make your own it comes to $50 but the entire thing lists for $99. So, if you are in the market for one just get the bracket kit, pull sheet and handle assembly and make your own and save some cash.
Shipping for me was $17. I bought a second one to put in my trailer. Also, if you want to omit the handle and save yourself $12 just plan to use a long prybar.
