Lock/Keys for a SnapOn KRA2407?

Where's the best place to pick up a lock and key set for a SnapOn KRA 2407? I just picked one up locally and need to replace the lock and keys since it came with no keys and the lock looks to be rusty inside.

If you can pop the lock out a locksmith can make you keys
