I found the attached photo, , looks like they were a part of Siddons,( Royston Siddons),
later to become Sidchrome tools

Thanks for that. I bought it cheap at a 2nd hand shop. Not seen this brand before and thought the curved handle was cool but looking at your photo, maybe it is bent! It would still be interesting to find out more about the Lock brand.
