Can anyone give me a link to the picture of the Lockheed manual with the tool
Borrowing/lending rules? I think it was posted before but couldn't find it.

Policies have changed pretty regularly over the last few years. Rules and regs are very specific based on which site you are at. Current policies are not publically releasable. Should you have contract work in a company facility or be hired into one, you will be briefed based on your access.
