Locking extensions on both ends?

I've got an application where I need a locking extension on both ends (socket and drive end), primarily because the ratchet I need to use is very specific and doesn't have a locking feature.

Are there any locking extensions like that out there?

It's a 40's vintage reechet; not exactly a ratchet but you get the idea. No quick release and it gets annoying when an extension comes off when it's in the depth of things.

Nice find! If we can't find a double locking extension, this might be the ticket.
