I found a bunch on Ebay, seller name was sescasterco. They are decent quality, good prices too. Everything is ball bearing, and the swivel and wheel lock at the same time. The wheels are bolted in, so the bearings can be replaced if necessary (I noticed a lot of people selling the riveted-in wheel versions).

Search Ebay for "total lock caster" and they (plus others) should come up.

Home Depot has something just like these but they are about 5x the cost.

Another option is a drop down foot. If you look at some stuff in Hospitals that require no movement they will actually have a drop down foot. I have an old X-Ray cart at work like that. very solid once that foot is dropped.

The bonus is if you have a place where it will always be its normal use spot but you want to wheel it away for storage is you can set it for level. If the floor is a little off you can adjust the foot to level where a casters is going to be stuck with the floor.

I second the drop-down foot idea. I used the Total Lock casters to make a mobile cart for my power miter saw. Im going to make the same "cart", but turn it into a router table. Since any movement in a router table is bad, Im thinking the drop-down foot idea on that because it will be pretty stationary.

BTW, McMaster.com is great, but for total locking casters their prices were pretty high. Its the first place I go to though when trying to find stuff like this. MSC Industrial is good too, but my preference goes to McMaster because I used them first.

Colson brand casters are sold all over and are of very high quality. I beat the heck out of them and they hold up for years, even rolling 800 pounds on four 4" swivels over rough ground.
