Loctite for tools rebuilt.

I have a few handtools (ratchets, mics, pipe cutters) that I am taking apart, degreasing, relube and rebuilt.

Just want to find out which loctite thredlck do you guys use for semi-permanent fasteners.

I would guess some level of oil resistance is needed.

Also I remember from my army days there is a battlefield repair for small radiator leak that mix loctite with cotton. Any idea which loctit they used for that?
