Hi there!
I'm Lucas, an Automotive Engineer from the Netherlands.
Currently I work for NISSAN Europe as a technical writer. But that's not very important.
I'm not sure if you are familiar with the S t a n c e | W o r k s forum? It's an online community about modifying cars (but mainly lowering it). Anyways; I'm also a moderator on there.
Lately I was looking to start a Workshop thread on there but then a colleague moderator pointed me towards this forum's website.
Instantly hooked haha
I have built-up a small automotive workshop in a barn on my father's farm together with my brother-in-law.
We work mainly on our own cars, but do some jobs for others as well when the time allows it.
I currently own (like my sig sais) a 2002 Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 that I drive for daily and two 1986 Mercedes-Benz E-classes (w124) as project cars. One to be a resto-mod and the other to be a drift missile.
I'm looking forward to writing and reading more on here.
Now I'll let the pics do the talking.
The barn the way I started: (no picture from the same angle as the AFTER pic as back then I never knew it would become this extensive haha - Also; there's around 4 years difference between the pictures)
What it looks like now: (Note that the green and grey cabinets never moved haha
