Again I found another odd ball wrench at the fleamarket. It's a well made engineers wrench form the '50s ,maybe. The heads are polished, the shank is as cast, the common finish of that vintage. The shank edges are ground and the broach is crisp. On one side cast in 7/16 "LONG" 3/8 On the other side DROP FORGED N64
Anyone have any idea who made it. WAG would be a contact wrench. It is well made.
On another note I found a 5/8" combination Gray, an early one, the number and Gray is stamped on the head. This completes my working Gray set, 1/4-7/8 . Well almost, there are couple of Canadian made Snap-On, which I guess show how unprejudiced I am.
A good day at the fleamarket
