I've been lurking, planning my kingdom. I'm looking for fellow long islanders specifically town of Islip to help. I'm in design stage now but this town is killing me...14' peak restriction and 10' set back from neighbor I'd like to do a detached 28x28 or a 24x32 I wanted to get a lift in the future but 14' peak doesn't leave much. Have any fellow long islanders dealt with this? Any suggestions or ideas.
