Long needle nose plastic grips

I have a long needle nose with defective plastic grips. Does anyone have a source.
Another option is a product called liquid tape. Dip the cleaned up handles in it a few times with dry time between and you've got new grips.

Are they defective, or damaged? Defective will usually get you free replacements. If damaged, then use plasi-dip, silicone tape, or any number of alternatives.
They are missing they were taped and came off I had purchased a set of Klein handles at a flea market a couple years ago but can't locate them at this time. At the price I'm going to look further.
The man said to warm up in hot water and slide them on the pliers.
