Long reach cutter

Hello everybody.

I wanted to get some long cutter so I found that Snap-On makes some, but at 70$, I find it a little expensive for one pair of cutter. Blue point also make one but I not so much into blue point. Do you guys know any other brands that makes some?

Look at chads toolbox for some knipex cutters they are some of the best and nicer than snap ons imo

There are a whole bunch out there from $20 and up.

Williams, Proto, Sunex, Irwin, and others make them. Check Amazon.

I have the Snap Ons. Cut through just about anything with them. They are pricey but worth it IMHO. I had a made in china set(cant remember the brand) and they SUCKED! Couldn't even cut zip ties after 2 months. Had the Snap Ons for 2 years and they still cut like new. I am sure there is another quality set out there cheaper but the truck was there and I needed them and didn't have time to look.

I would look at the Knipex. I have a pair, as well as a pair of the snap on ones you linked to. I definitely prefer the knipex.

The knipex aren't really the same. The Snap-ons are worth it.

I would be all over that proto set if I was the OP. For less than the snap ons you get the needle nose straight and angled. And USA made Proto quality. No brainer. Hell I may get them for the needle nose and then have the extra cutter or give them to my nephew for

Yeah, go ahead and give them to your nephew and then remember that the next time you run into a stubborn cotter pin.

I bought the needle nose, bent nose and standard length needle nose. They're blackhawk made in USA and excellent quality. If I could've found a reason for the cutters, I would have bought those too. I don't think this price can be beat.

I got the mac tools ones found in a scrap car years ago they are pretty well indestructible and have lots of leverage for cutting

I have a no-name that is straight and a Kobalt that is curved. I don't use either one often.
