Long Stroke Air Hammer

Looking for a Good long stroke/barrel Air Hammer. I have a short stroke ancient snap on that works great, but needing a long stroke for more uses. What have you guys bought/used with good luck. I use for my garage, and personal

I have looked at and used S-K but they seem higher priced, maybe not

Best I've ever used was the PH3050a. Pricey, but well worth it, IMO.

3050A wow to price, nice looking tool tho.. Seems to be well built. I am using an old snap-on not sure model that i Bet is 30 PLUS years old...

The CP is a strong performer at a bargain price. The bits that come with the set **** so, order some old forge hammer bits and you'll be good to go.

Get the top model from NAPA. Best hammer I have used yet. It'll will drive a pointed chisel through a piece of .187 mild steel.

I work on medium and heavy duty trucks, and I have found the MAC tools AH750 long barrel air hammer has more than enough power and hitting ability to move just about anything.

Yeah, got the same and it gets the job done; great for the price.

The thing I like about the Snap-On is that it seems to hit a lot harder while being easier on my hands. I like my IR air wrenches but when it come to air hammers Snap-On is the winner. Doing as many Ball joints, front end work and lift kits mine got a real work out. Fantastic tool.

I agree on the PH3050.Have one at work and it does act up once in a while.Stops working for a little bit and goes back to working.Has been sent in to get rebuilt by Snap On about a year ago.Have tried the Mac,hits like a girl.Seems not to have enough power at all.

i've been using the ph3050a from snap-on, yea it's pricey but it definatley works well. no regrets.
