I got hit by Irene and I was forced to empty garage so now I am ready to do my floor it is about 800 sq ft. I am considering Epoxy coat and another product. I am interested to hear from people that have used Epoxy coat at least 3yrs ago and want to know how did it hold up. I do not want to do this again anytime soon. If you could tell me any issues or problems that you encountered over time and anything you might have done differently now that you have had the floor done for a while.
