Long time coming....Barn build

[73 camaro]

We finally got our barn up!
We started with this.....a 26' x 24' block garage

After acquiring the lot next to us we ended up with this

30x40x14 attached to the 26x24. We put in a 14x12 overhead door

Outside is pretty much finished except for more rock
The inside still has a long way to go.
Mezzanine extends out about 3' from the wall, workbenches built along one wall.
Still have to finish insulating and going to ply up to the bottom of the mezzanine and do metal above and on the ceiling.

Next step is furnace and trying to get walls insulated before winter hits.

Good looking building(s). With a handle like 73 camaro I'm thinking some neat bow tie projects are waiting in the wings. The Garage Journal is not just about building and fitting out garages. Last picture left hand side that looks suspiciously like a Camaro front fender with bumper ette .... I 5 of them over the years soo but the angle of the pic makes the fender appear thin soo maybe not. :}
