So after three and a half long years with no garage it's finally coming together!

I had been renting a space for a while, built my model A and a bike there among other projects. It was great rent was cheap, landlord was cool... but it wasn't mine. After I finished some of my major projects I decided it was time to buy a house with a garage of coarse. After a long time of looking I ended up buying a house without a garage but with room to build one, that I made sure of! Just didnt know it would have taken this long to get to this point.

I went with a 30x40 pole building, 10' ceilings, sissor trusses over the end bay to give extra head room for a lift. I had the shell of the building built for me, I will be doing all the grading, stone, laying out the radiant heat, electric, bathroom, and finishing the interior. I will have someone pour the floor.

Just waiting for the weather to break so I can get back to work on it.

Here are some pics of the build so far..

This is a shot of the old space I rented, kind of a hole in the wall half stone half pavement floor
