Since moving back into my home after being off the Mainland for 13 years this lock-down has not been wasted. Alone I have replaced 500sf 2nd floor deck and put a roof over half of it. Remodeled 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Replaced all windows and 3 sliding doors (2 replaced with french doors) and the garage got worse and worse and worse... had a ton of ‘other peoples stuff’ for the longest time and was a catch all from all the projects with no way to reclaim until now. Finally finished electrical, (wife helped here! added 8 new breakers with 6 of them dedicated 20 amp....previously all of garage had 2 outlets sharing a 15 amp with lights, doors, exterior outlets) Wife is a Master Electrician which helps. :). Also finished structural repair, drywall, mud, tape skim coating / texturing walls and just filled in the firetaped ceilings and textured them. 30 year old home I’ve owned for 17 or so. New Age Pro full garage on the way. Adding a 1350 lumen drop light w/cord reel, air hose reel, 12 ga 3-way electrical cord reel (dedicated 20 amp) and a 50’ shopvac hose reel. Have some vct floor to replace and refinish the whole floor. I think I can save it. Stay tuned! I think the after pics are going to be pretty great!

Forgot the new 240 circuit for the little Cadet heater from Home Depot. It heats really good even when its in the 20’s outside. Pretty happy with it. Will be more efficient when the new garage doors and man door go in. Plenty of leakage there.

Very worthwhile investment in time. I spent so many years wanting but never having a nice shop. It finally happened for me later in life. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of yours as I do with mine.
