Been lurking on here and on the HAMB for a few years now. I'm Glenn, I go by D-fens on the HAMB and a couple truck forums. Also been on VW Vortex since 2000but less said about that the better.
Fall 1999 I inherited a house with a 24x25 block garage that I did some work in to make it a little more usable. But then in 2005 I had to sell the place and move to keep myself gainfully employed and out of bankruptcy court. Hella sucked but I got through it.
Flash forward to 2013 and I'm in a new house with a nice mostly level backyard and we about to get into something like a 26 x 30 or 36. Found a local builder but I'm also considering the DIY option as well, or maybe some combination of the two (have some past experience doing framing work and also do some carpentry work in my current employment).
Will be on here a lot the next few months doing research ( or attempting to anyway ) and asking dumb noob questions.
