Hello Everyone..
I've been lurking the GJ forum for years. I've gleaned tons of information from so many members. As much as I would love to thank all of you individually, I think the best way to pay homage to the members of this site is to finally POST SOMETHING!
I've been building a garage/shop for the last few years and I will (hopefully) be closing out the permit within the next few months. I've waited until it was nearly finished to start a thread so I can offer a "looking back" approach to the build.
I will start a new thread detailing the process/progress. Please be patient with a noob poster and thanks to all for the wealth of information that you share.
I'm thinking.... "A daydream becomes reality (20'x24')" for the thread title
