Much like everyone else, I am really close to my 100 posts so I can post a classified (kidding)

Love reading build threads, but getting close to posting my own.

Live in eastern PA outside of Philly, have a nice bit of land that I can drop a garage on. Going to start asking for advice and feedback as I get started. Going to be 35 x 50 or so. Trying to get a second story variance too.

I know.. Due to impervious rules in my area, I can only go 35 x 50. So I will be going 35 x 50 and trying for a height variance, to be able to put a second floor on.
