Long-time Reader - First-time Posting

My 1st post with a brief introduction:

I have been to this site numerous times while I am in the middle of building my garage. This forum is a great way to get personal opinions and advice.

My garage is going to be 60’X100’ with 60’X70’ all open for storage of toys and playing with the kids. The other 60’X30’ is going to have a 20’X30’ wash bay, a small office area and remaining area for garage with lift.
