Long wall framing question

I've framed short walls but never a really long one like this one without supports in between like posts or another wall.

I need to build a 40' long 12' tall wall to divide the space into 2, it is not a load bearing wall, it will have a 8'x8' overhead door, 1 36"x80" entry door. It will be built inside my post frame shop building with 12' wall, both ends of the endwall will be secured to a 3ply column, then the top plate will be on a truss that has 2x6 ceiling joists at 24" spacing.

My first thought was just build four 10' walls with 2x6 studs at 16" OC, screw ends together, The overhead and entry door will be on far right end with entry door being 12" from exterior wall, then overhead will be 12" to left of that door. Then put in horizonal bracings ( 4' spacing) insulate and put up 5/8" drywall staggered.

Is this good enough?

Another thing, The bottom plate will be glued and bolted to 5" thick slab, but I have a concern, the slab ends 3" behind the wall. Would that be ok to place anchors or bolts that close to the edge? Slab has rebar and concrete is 3500 psi.

I have framed long walls alone. I did short sections and ended up with a double stud at the 'joint'. Then make sure your top plate extends a couple of feet over the joint. Use epoxy to anchor your bolts.

I helped a friend do a 36ft wall in 12ft sections. We kept it at 12ft because this wall was at the back of his garage where the floor was about 5ft above grade. So he wanted to sheet the walls while on the floor, then push them up. We quickly realized that 12ft was all the two of us could stand up. The foundation kept the bottom of the wall straight and we did a second top plate overlapping the joints as egdede says.
