Since I'm a DIY person for the purpose of the tool discussion, I don't throw much money at the tool trucks anymore, for the most part. I was "Mr. Goodwrench" for a few years back in the late 80's. I like Snap-on and Mac and some of the rest Proto and Wright. But I decided to give Gear Wrench a try (I already had a few of their things...to include some mini ratchets and some normal ratchets). So I ordered the (I think it was 13 items) metric set and SAE set, one set came in (Made in Taiwan).

The Williams POC I spoke to said they don't offer a long wrench set (I have a number of their sets/items, I never could find a listing on their web site) and for now (the Williams brand) one of my favorites. I believe the snap-on metric long wrench set (you have to buy two sets to get the range of sizes from what I saw) was north or close to $600. Which for me is beyond what I want to spend and that was just for metric (not SAE too).

Appreciate the feedback and recommendations

I use to be a fan of craftsman many years ago....as a reasonable priced brand with reasonable quality. I've not had that view for some time though...based on their product line. I spent some $$ back in the 80's on craftsman, which I still have, many made in US.
Probably 90% of all of my tools are Craftsman. Probably >95% of those are made in the USA !

All of my corded power tools are Craftsman, also probably made in the USA.

A couple of years ago I needed a "cabinet" screwdriver (very long blade, narrow tip). I bought a Craftsman from ACE. Probably imported.
