Longtime lurker, first time poster

Figured I should probably make a first post as I've been a member for a few years. We close on our new house on Thursday, so I'm looking forward to finally having a garage again after 6 years of condo life. It's a small 2 car, but it's better than nothing. Wife says I can build another detached garage behind the house eventually, but that might be pretty far off in the future.

BZ: you actually joined prior to me and as you can see i've got a few posts logged in. i actually LURKED for maybe 6 years before actually deciding to join cause Google kept bringing me here on every tool search i did.

congrats on your new purchase and i hear you on being able to build the extra garage cause any remodeling or building not only costs money it takes time to get permits and plans made.

hope to see you posting more and welcome officially to GJ. if you have questions just ask and i bet half of my posts are QUESTIONS or at least a lot of them are.

Yeah we have a lot of things we want to remodel. I'm especially fond of the deals threads on here, hopefully I can find some good stuff for the new place.
