Been getting ideas for quite some time. Finally started construction on a 48x70x20' pole barn. Garage has been in the planning stages for a few years, now I finally get to put it together. 48'x52 shop/garage area/basketball court with two 18'x16 raynor overhead doors, 10'x18 shooting range/gun room, 14'x18 storage/mechanical room less bathroom, 24'x18 workshop, with a 48'x18 loft which will include a kitchen, entertainment/game room overlooking the court/garage.
Concrete work complete with radiant heat. Walls are going up, trusses should be up in next couple days.
Will use 3-4" of closed cell spray insulation on walls with r48 blown in the ceiling.
I have been reading this site over the years to get ideas on the dream garage, now I finally get to build it, how awesome. Thank you for all the great ideas.
