Look what I found in my back yard.

Hi guys and gals. Happy New Year to everyone.

I have been away for work for a couple weeks. When I came home yesterday here's what I found in the yard!

When I left for work there was only concrete and of course snow. Things are getting to be a bit exciting around here now.

Shop will be 24x 28 with a 10 foot covered area for all the important stuff like bbq, chairs etc. There will be 7 windows so hopefully lots of day light.

Walls are 12 foot and there will be a semi vaulted ceiling giving it a nice open area to work in.

Heat will be supplied via Harmon pellet stove.

Overhead door is 10 high by 12 wide. The winter here drags on for a while so doing my cleanup and landscape will not come for a few months but it will all get done in due time.

I think you must be asking about the beams holding up the lean to part. The posts are only temporary until the holes are augered and then sono tubes will be put in.

The guy building the shop is one of the best builders around here and when he is done this building will be solid as a bomb shelter. I have seen a lot of his work and the finished product is always very nice.

Maybe a little over built which possibly costs a bit more but worth every cent.
