Snail Brand. Interesting. :)

I've got a few "Snail Brand" spanners, all Whitworth sizes. Don't know who made them but they're all pretty old, I 'd guess 1950s/60s. Some have the name stamped on them, others a snail logo. The brand is now owned by Smith Francis Tools of Birmingham, UK.

I don't recall having ever seen this brand fo sale new, and I've been buying tools since the mid 70s.
