Where are you located? That front end makes a bolt-on upgrade to disc brakes for the 1967-1971 F100. I happen to have a 1969 F100.....

Patrick the shipping would kill you :D. Garage5.9 lives in Hawaii :D. The discbreaks on that truck actually will fit any F100 from 65 up to 78-79 alot of guys I know use them to upgrade 65-66 trucks to disc breaks. I own a 62 and 63 unibodies.

A lot of rust?? In Illinois, a wash job would make that truck eligible for the show room. LOL.

Heh, thinking the same thing. "Lotsa rust"?? Looks to me like the only holes might be in the roof from the salt air settling on the roof.
I went and looked at one awhile back that the box sides were only held on at the top, the entire perimeter was rusted away, blowing on a picture of the truck made the box flap in the breeze.

Around here that truck would be a dream for someone looking for a builder.

I could ship it 3500+ miles from hawaii but shipping would cost a fortune

I made 100$ so im happy right now i gotta do what i gotta do to make $
Hahaha. Vehicles here look worse than that after 10 years (assuming that orange truck isn't just full of Bondo).
I think the bed was the best looking part of the whole truck cab and hood had big pukas (hawiian for holes)

Really it's sad because here that truck would be restored and there it might go to the crusher...

LC.
yeah man same thing i was thinking but its going to have a new life and new steel

Depends - I have a "free" pickup. It was free until the $160 worth of title transfer and tax. Yes, there is a gift tax at the county accessor.

no need to register or transfer anything here. just take it to the yard and sign the affidavit and your good to go

ahahahha i guess its not that bad for its age then

oh yeah while driving to the scrap yard i was giving it all it got when the rod finally let loose and gernaded at like 65 mph in to a million pieces and died in the middle of the intersection to the yard. Luckily i use to work there and called one of the guys who helped me tow it in side

Bummer on the engine exploding and the vehicle being scrapped. But good on you for making some money!

A good beater truck is always a nice thing to have to move things around. Find one with a little less rust and no drive-train problems and you got something worth keeping. Unless you already have a good truck that runs of course.
