Sorry to hear that, This might help, download the ebay app on ur phone(assuming it was on ebay), this way you don't have to be home by a computer. I can't tell you how many auctions I have won outside the house. Happy Hunting!

There are a lot of good Ebay Java apps for that, which you just leave running on your home computer.

I use JBidWatcher
http://www.jbidwatcher.com/

It's really easy to bid, and I simply put in what I think something is worth to me, and walk away.

The software submits my bid in the last few seconds, and I either win or lose.
Plus, I don't lose every auction by driving the price up beyond what I want to pay. Some things I've won by using that, and probably would have paid much $$$ more $$$ if I'd bid 3 days in advance for what I want to pay.

I've not had much luck with EBay's app, it's way difficult to use for
looking at auctions, descriptions, etc.
Might be OK for bidding, but I don't bother since I have better, totally free
software on a PC at home.

I had never seen one before, so I was not sure how much I wanted to bid.

It went for $44. I would have gone higher.

What exactly is that used for? Welding fixture in a vise? I've never seen anything like that.

I could be mistaken, but I believe theyre mechanical soft jaws that conform to the shape of the part being loaded.....at least, Ive seen similar setups with individual "teeth" that move separately. Not really useful IMHO, more of a PITA actually and usually pretty dam expensive.
