Looking at a Compressor need some advice

I'm looking at a compressor that is for sale and wanted to know if there is anything I should look for.

It's a Campbell Hausfeld air compressor, Model C1051080 VMS

17.4CFM @175PSI is what its rated at and I'm assuming its 240volt power.

Any idea what to look for? What would be a good price for it? I see that the new version of it is about $1400 on their website.

Any help is appreciated. The picture of it is attached below.

Make sure it is phase 1, 240V! You don't want to consider it if it is three phase. Check fill time, cutoff pressure, leaks. Open the bottom drain to check for rusty water.
