Looking to upgrade to a larger rollcab, as my Mastercraft box is completely full, as well as a small Clarke chest, aaaand a Beach box which I have behind the seat of my truck. Here is the ad: http://manitoba.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-tools-tool-storage-benches-Mac-Tool-Box-W0QQAdIdZ445916118

First off, I notice it is only 18" wide.. I am used to this with my Mastercraft box, but will I be longing for deeper drawers?? I emailed the seller asking about the age and model number of it Am I on the right track for a starter box? Any and all input is appreciated:D

That is not a bad box, pretty sure it was actually made by beach. It is a pretty standard 40" box. That box was sold by mac for over a $1000 and by the home depot as a husky box for less then $500. I would put it closer to a craftsman then a SO. For the right price, it is fine box, but it will fill very fast. I would put its age at 10-15 years old. Also the box is a hair shallow at 17 and 3/4" so the drawers are only about 16" deep.

How far from the border are you? I'm about to make a 6 hour drive to pick up 3 Harbor Freight 42" roll cabs. Can't beat that price anywhere in canada for the quality. . . They blow the Mastercraft Maximum boxes out of the water.
