The air valves on my Atlas TC211 tire changer are sticky. It seems that these are referred to as 5-port valves as they have a supply, two outlets and two exhausts. I see many different ones for sale but nothing configured like these. I’m sure I can get new ones from Greg Smith but these are plastic bodies and I’d like better ones if available. Any ideas?

Air valves are are common and the configuration doesn't change the function so you don't have to have the same package form to get the same function. That said I would suggest that you release the packing nut, pull out the spool and clean everything up. If it has o-rings replace them and you are back in business. If the housing is not broken or the spool rusted then it should work fine with just cleaning.

That's what I've done. There is a stack of O-rings and spacers inside which I cleaned and lubed, but I'm open to the idea of replacing with a higher-end valve.

The valve mounts on a bracket that only has material where those feet are, so it really seems designed for that. If necessary one could create support for a new valve but obviously something in this same format would be far easier. Maybe there is nothing else in this same format.

Never seen one in that configuration. I’ve used a lot of them. Automation Direct has been a good source for me.
