That size would be easy to find as a service wrench. It’d be open ended as opposed to a box end however. Probably a lot cheaper than a slugging wrench. Martin makes a good one.

How about a 10 degree double box? They're offset but they're on the same plane. Not offset like combination wrenches.

That wrench has a broached pattern that is off set from the handle allowing you to flip it over and get an effective 30* swing = good. You could also cut the square off and weld on a handle of appropriate length if needed.

Do some of the torque wrenches use changeable ends that could be used?

Use it for the top axle mounting bolts on some fork trucks.

Sometimes with how the lines are run its hard to get a combo or dbe wrench on the bolt

Best suggestion I can say is get a standard combination wrench and heat with a torch to straighten and really a wrench of that size you will not need any higher end something from northern tool or harbor freight will do in the case this is my opinion

Have you tried a proto ratchet wrench. I got to assume it would be just a tick smaller in girth. Reason I say that is here is a comparison between a 34mm GW and a 1-9/16" proto. I thought I had a 1-7/16" but my set goes from the 9/16" up. I'm not sure if the deal still exists but at one time northern tools couldn't hardly give these things away, I paid $20 each and bought everyone I could over what I had in combo wrenches. To date the only one that's ever seen regular use is the 1-7/8 on a particular nut on my skid steer and I've used both a cheater bar plus a good smack and haven't damaged it. Not something I'd try on a GW.
