Looking for a 1960's Delta Lathe Tool holder

I purchased two 10" Lathes (Delta and Delta/Rockwell) and ended up with only one tool holder. I can make one but I'd rather just buy one.
I'm not willing to pay too much ($50 or so)
The attached Scan shows the holder (item 213)

Found one
Bill from Maryland had one for a 12" Craftsman lathe and from pictures I bought it from him. It will work but the hold down for clamping is 1/2 inch and the opening in the carriage is 1" so I'm just going to use a bushing to take up the gap.
