I am looking for a bushing driver to R/R a bronze Bearing in an electric motor.

Similar to

Only need one that has an ID of 7/16 and cant find any sizes listed.
Any input from someone that has a similar kit to list the sizes included would be appreciated.

Stopped at HF as i thought i saw one online but could not find one.
Not that I like HF but I was considering it as this will probably be a one time use.

Heck I would be happy with a kit from 3/8 to 3/4 and I may only use the bushing part and use a puller to seat it

Look at OTC about set 27794. The kit has disc's ranging in 1/16" sizes, so you can customize the kit to whatever ID/OD you need. The set is probably the most versatile kit out there: https://www.otctools.com/products/custom-made-driver-tools-basic-set In your case, maybe OTC would sell you only the driver & disc's needed for your job. Or make your own, doing something similar to their set-up.

Thats what I had at my old shop Nice kit. Wish OTC had a small version. I will keep looking. or make something. Hard to justify that kind of money for this project.

Those work real nice to pull a bass bearing out

Found similar with OTC branding.

Can probably knock the old one out with a socket, between SAE and metric, one is bound to be the right OD. For a one shot deal I'd be tempted to sand down a dowel to where it would just fit in the new bushing and use a washer between the dowel and the bushing. Even with a bushing driver, more than likely you will need to ream the bushing after installation, seems they rarely end up the right ID.
