Looking For A Garage Condo

I am planning to retire next year and plan to downsize, and want to purchase a garage condo in the Minneapolis, MN area for my toys. I have looked at two different properties, but just want to make sure I look at all options before I make a final decision. I would like to store some items that will need to be kept at 40 degrees F or above. Any suggestions on locations would be appreciated. I do not need this unit until the April-May timeframe next year. Anyone in Minneapolis have any suggestions?

I saw a sales video at some point about a garage condo complex that was at the time being planned locally.
The price tag was pretty steep and then there are the monthly maintanence fees.
There were also a whole set of rules and regs for what kind of work could be done on the property if at all.
It was not for me but I am sure there is a market for these condos.
BTW, it was never built here.

Chanhassen Moterplex and the new one in Lino Lakes are the only two I know of. I looked at the one in Lino they do a small fee that covera the in floor heat at 65 degrees
