Looking for a garage floor coating.

My wife and I are in the final stages of a new construction home. We have a 3 car garage totaling aproximately 1000 sq ft. The concrete was not sealed and I do plan to diamond grind it to hopefully a CSP of 2 prior to installing the product I decide on. I Would like a 100% solids epoxy coating with flake to rejection and top coat. There will be a small shop but no welding, lawn equipment in and out, and of course parking. I am looking for recommendations and would love to hear about the longevity of DIYers projects as I want to do this right and have it last. I appreciate all your comments/ideas/recommendations.

I used Sherwin Williams commercial 2 epoxy and it has held up well but I think they were phasing that out due to VOCs. My buddy used legacy industrial and he was happy with that.

Technology is always changing though. There could be something better out now.

Well LegacyIndustrial, what is your product recommendations based off of what you know about my space and your product? HD garage kit with HD356 topcoat?
