Looking for a garage kit in Kansas

I need some advice about building my new garage. I have priced a kit from Sutherlands hardware, and am waiting on a quote from Star Lumber. I'm looking for a ready to build kit, and I'm having a tough go of it. Per the HOA, it must be wood, similar shingles and siding to the house, and I only have room for 20x20. It will be used for motorcycle storage and restoration. Is there anyone that has ideas on where else to look? I'm on a somewhat limited budget. I appreciate any info you can give.

For what its worth, about 6 years ago my dad purchased a kit from star lumber for a 30x30 that we attached to the side of their existing house. It was a good experience overall, they were easy to work with.
