I want to get a gas pressure washer for home use. Itll be used on cars and the siding of the home. Does anyone have any recommendations for one around $300? I don't want a cheap one but also don't want to spend a lot neither. I figured someone on here might have a better idea on what's what in the pressure washer world.

Why gas for what you want to do? I bought one of these, and it does a great job:

I got rid of a gas engine rig because I was tired of maintaining and keeping fresh gas in it, and the electric one works just as well with less noise and weight. I can wheel it downstairs in the winter where it won't freeze. The AR company also makes big pro type power washers, and has been in the business for many years. The pump in this one doesn't run unless the trigger is pulled, so there's no need to shut down during interruptions in work.

Part of my requirements were a triaxial pump and as high a PSI/GPM rating I could find.

I'm not sure you can find one, in that price range, but I am a big fan of buy one and be done.

Pressure is what gets advertised, but GPM is what gets the work done !

Buy one that has a name brand pump (AR, Comet, etc) that you can easily get parts for.
