Looking for a good 3/8 ratchet adapter

As the title states, I'm looking for a good ratchet adapter to use on my 3/8" 1-50ft lb CDI torque wrench. The more the teeth...the better.

Snap-ons 3/8 ratchet adapter (F77) is 20 tooth, I dont know if anyone makes a fine tooth version. It may be worth emailing Proto concerning theirs.

Upon farther investigation, the proto seems to be a 25 tooth with dual pawls, so it acts like a 50 tooth

Wouldn't Snap-on be the perfect compliment for that CDI ?

I recently bought a NOS German Belzer 3/8 rat adapter.....damn nice piece of kit, think its 48 or 60 tooth. Quality ones are pricey and a little hard to find compared to other tools.
