Google says 108k-132k ?Definitely not 125,000 btu. I would guess more like 60,000 if you keep it heated.
10' ceiling pretty well limits you to forced air like you are planning.
Do a load calc if you want real information. Google is a wild guessGoogle says 108k-132k ?
/ how fast do you want to warm it up..How warm do you want it to be?
Trying to decide on hanging heater for my 40x60x10. R19 in walls and r38 cellulose in attic. Located in iowa. Was leaning towards the big maxx 125k btu. Eventually I will add a mini split down the road.
Austin TX?? You could heat that size shop with 50,000 BTU in that area./ how fast do you want to warm it up..125k sounds high to me, but makes sense in a situation whey you're only heating part time.
What 75k hanging heater do you have? Looking to get oneI can heat my 32x75x16’ shop work area with a 75k hanging heater. I use it until it gets cold enough to turn on the boiler for the floor heat for the winter, but I have another of the same heaters in the 32x54x 12’ garage and that’s enough to heat it from an ambient in the teens occasionally in the dead of winter
Beacon Morris, which used to be sold by Menards. It was a private label product made by Sterling, somewhere on the East Coast. What 75k hanging heater do you have? Looking to get one
Correct, I recently installed a dynaglo 50k shop heater and it's been good so far with heating my shop. Only time will tell how reliable it is.Beacon Morris, which used to be sold by Menards. It was a private label product made by Sterling, somewhere on the East Coast.
I think Menards moved on to the Mr Heater and Dynaglo brands, both of which are imported, I suspect.
